5) Subscriptions, Access & Cancellation

Vega Drift operates on a subscription basis. After checkout, we typically provision access within 24 hours; however, immediate access is not guaranteed, and we may, in our discretion, decline or revoke access if necessary.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the instructions on the Site. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term. If you encounter issues canceling, please contact us via the About Us page.

6) Refund Policy

Vega Drift maintains a no-refund policy, except in the case of duplicate orders. If you believe you were charged twice, contact our support for assistance.

7) Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and other materials within the Services are the exclusive property of Vega Drift or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
